In today's nail industry clients are becoming more and more knowledgeable of what decontamination protocols should be in place in any salon for their safety.

Create a hand out card that you give to your new clients that details your decontamination protocols, in a language they'll understand. This card should explain to them what you do to ensure their safety and health while receiving services in your salon or spa.
